Description du poste :

Facilitation and Performance

• Facilitate Agile rituals.
• Protect the team from external disruptions to ensure total focus on Sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization by integrating specific business challenges.

Transformation and Acculturation

• Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders.
• Implement relevant tracking indicators (Velocity, Capacity, Time-to-Market) and ensure reporting to steering committees.

Votre profil :

• Education: Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or holding a Master 2 degree specialized in IT Systems or cloud/infrastructure environments.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Prior knowledge of IT products (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365 environment, virtualization) is a major asset.
• Agile Skills: You have mastered Scrum and Kanban. A certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe) is highly desirable.
• Languages: You speak fluent French and English.

Soft Skills: You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt to complex business environments. Your natural leadership allows you to unite multidisciplinary teams (developers, managed service providers, teams in charge of hosting offers or desktop environments, etc.).

Within the Energy & Utilities division, you will support major players in the sector (electricity, gas, water, renewable energies) in managing their strategic projects. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure the fluidity and efficiency of the team on critical products (virtual desktop environments, workstations, publishing and access products, etc.).
