Description du poste :
As a key player in the firm's growth and our Information Systems expertise, you will support our clients in achieving successful digital transformations. You will join a human adventure by joining an independent leader in consulting, which has been orchestrating major technological developments for large organizations for over 37 years.
You will provide your functional and technical expertise in Information Systems and will be expected to propose innovative solutions for this rapidly evolving sector. You will manage large-scale, end-to-end projects for our major private and public sector clients, and you will lead a team of dedicated consultants.

Managerial Activities
Acting as a true conductor within your scope, you will manage and implement:
- Project Leadership: The execution and steering of projects/programs entrusted to you (IT strategy, preliminary studies, software selection assistance, project management assistance (AMOA), deployment, and change management).
- Team Empowerment: Close-knit management, coaching, and skill development for your team of consultants.
- Talent Acquisition: Active participation in the recruitment of the firm’s future talent in Portugal.
- Business Development: Proactive involvement in developing our IT offerings, co-constructing internal transformation projects, and driving commercial growth.
- Expertise Leadership: Development and leadership of our internal communities of practice.
- Operations: You will manage the financial health of your projects (budgeting, planning, risk management) and report directly to the Unit Directors.
Votre profil :
- Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large corporation, a consulting firm, or an IT services company, with a proven track record in Information Systems management.
- Skills: Throughout your career, you have developed solid skills enabling you to lead large-scale digital projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Languages: You are fluent in French and possess a strong proficiency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a significant plus for local integration.
- Mindset: Passionate about digital transformation and technological innovation, you wish to join a dynamic team to work on high-value-added projects.
- Soft Skills: Possessing a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with the soul of a leader. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: you and your teams will know how to make a difference for our clients!
