Description du poste :

Within the Energy & Utilities business unit, you will support major industry players (electricity, gas, water, renewable energy) in managing their documentary assets and structuring their data.

As a Centralized Information Management (CIM) Consultant, you will be responsible for the organization, security, and compliance of storage environments (SharePoint Online, Windows Filers) for end-users and information managers worldwide.

Your Missions

Operations and Support (Run) – Requests & Incident Management:

• Qualify, validate, and provide Level 2 support for access or restoration requests via the ticketing tool.

• Technical Administration: Manage permissions on SharePoint Online (SPOL) sites and file servers while maintaining up-to-date technical documentation (DAT/DEX).

• Compliance and Audit: Conduct technical control campaigns (GDPR, access rights) and produce regular storage volume reports.

Support and Projects:

• Migration Steering: Participate in the scoping and execution of data transfers between different storage environments.

• Business Consulting: Assist Information Managers (IMA/GID) in restructuring their document spaces and optimizing their processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify service optimization opportunities, particularly through the use of AI, and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Votre profil :

• Education: Graduate of a top engineering school, business school, or holding a Master’s degree specialized in IS or Information Management.

• Experience (1 to 3 years): You have significant initial experience in document management, system administration, or IT support.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online) and Windows Filers administration.

  • Knowledge of specialized tools such as Varonis, ShareGate, or TreeSize Pro is a major asset.

  • Skills in scripting (PowerShell) or the Power Platform are highly desired.

• Soft Skills: You demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills when dealing with complex data environments. Your sense of service and pedagogical approach allow you to effectively advise various stakeholders (Business, IT, Security).

• Languages: Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory for this international project. Proficiency in French is an added benefit but is not mandatory.
