Description du poste :

As a Manager, you will be a true functional expert, bringing your expertise to various processes and being able to propose improvement solutions.


Managerial activities | Acting as a true conductor in your scope, you will be responsible for liaising with our operational business unit directors.

  • Manage and ensure the development of your teams' skills

  • Take charge and lead the monitoring of projects/programs entrusted to you: scheduling, workload, financial elements, risks...

  • Deliver reporting

Supporting the development of Banking expertise | With a strategic vision of the sector, you will be a driving force for proposals and directly involved in the development of our activities.

Votre profil :

With a higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university, you have at least 5 years of experience with a large account, consulting firm, or an IT service company in the banking or insurance sector. Through your career, you have developed strong skills enabling you to manage large-scale projects and teams. You speak French fluently.

Passionate about digital and technological innovations, you want to join a dynamic and committed team to work on high-value-added projects.

Agile, with a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with a leadership mindset. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: you and your teams will make a difference with our clients!
